Fix the ‘Unable to Load’ Issue in the NetSuite WMS Mobile!


Received something like this while opening the NetSuite WMS (Warehouse Management System) app?

If you’re using NetSuite WMS, encountering this message is fairly common! Before calling your NetSuite team or support, how about trying to fix the issue yourself? 
 
First, you might wonder why this occurs, right? It’s because NetSuite WMS is regularly updated with the latest features and functionalities, which include enhancements in picking and packing processes, improved inventory tracking options, and integration updates with other modules. To benefit from these updates, you need to update your NetSuite WMS bundle. 
 
 

How to Update the NetSuite WMS Bundle 


1. Go to Customization -> SuiteBundler -> Search & Install Bundles

2. Select the icon and Update the Bundle

Updating the bundle should resolve the issue and give you access to the latest features!

Refresh your WMS mobile page, and you will now be able to explore its full functionality. 

 

Note: If you receive errors while updating the bundle, you can reinitiate the process.
