Jobin & Jismi: Scripting a Success Saga

Not so long ago, a young woman mobile application developer and her business analyst husband nursed a dream of owning a successful IT firm one day. Obstacles such as depleting reserve, unavailability of workspace and criticism did not deter Jobin & Jismi from taking the blind leap of faith to achieve their goal. Armed with two laptops, they turned their home in Chalakkudy, Kerala, into an office and floated Jobin & Jismi in 2012. And, the rest is history.

A chance interaction with an Australian client one day changed the fortune of the company for good, making it the first to introduce Oracle NetSuite in Kerala. Since then, there has been no looking back. The firm’s premium services have fetched them more than 200 clients spanning 30 nations.

Jobin & Jismi earned another feather in their cap by opening the second development centre in India’s IT hub, Bengaluru, on 23rd April 2022.

Now, there is yet another reason to cheer. Jobin & Jismi will soon have its 3rd development centre and it will come up in Tamil Nadu. Mr Jobin has signed a 99-year lease agreement for 4 acres in Vadapalanji SEZ, Madurai, with Mr Kumar, manager of ELCOT Ltd., on May 20th, 2022. Within four years, the new facility is expected to accommodate 600 to 1,000 employees.
