Order Management 

Our team implemented an API call to fetch order details from Wayfair. These details were then used to automatically create corresponding sales orders in NetSuite. This approach streamlined the order processing and management. 

Inventory Synchronization

To ensure accurate inventory data on Wayfair, we retrieved item availability details directly from NetSuite’s item records. We then updated Wayfair’s stock levels accordingly. If an item was out of stock, we made sure Wayfair Wayfair displayed the date on which it would become available again. 

This approach helped the client avoid disappointing customers because of product unavailability. It then helped maintain smooth traffic to their e-commerce platform and strengthen customer trust.
